Bulgarian Nature showing you the beauty and diversity of Bulgaria.
Thank you for visiting my site.
After 11 years living in Bulgaria and developing a love of all the amazing nature in this incredible Country I have returned to the UK. The site will remain active for now and will hopefully continue to showcase Bulgaria and all it has to offer.
This site was set up to give me the opportunity to share with you some of the stunning scenery and amazing nature
that surrounded me every day.
Many people have asked me what Bulgaria is like and hopefully, the images you see here will give you an insight to this amazing
country.
I am not a professional photographer and only developed an interest whilst living in Bulgaria.
There is so much here to see and the country is incredibly diverse, from the highest mountains where you can see for miles, to golden beaches.
It is possible to walk for hours and not see another soul and your view will be unspoiled by buildings.
As for the nature, Bulgaria has over 425 species of bird either resident or visitor, like the Storks, Bee eaters, Golden Orioles,
Vultures and many different species of Eagles, including Golden and Imperial, just to name a few. Bulgaria is a perfect holiday destination for keen bird watchers.
It would also be of great interest to anyone with an interest in flora and fauna with its stunning array of wild flowers and insects.
And of course if you are a photographer, whether professional or for hobby, the opportunities are endless, as you will see here.
The majority of photos have been taken within the area around Yambol Town, southern Bulgaria. With other shots, like the Vultures, taken just a 2 hour drive away.
Village life itself was very different to anything I had experienced before. Many older Brits have said that it reminds them of the
UK 60 years ago. Most homes have chickens and goats etc and life is lived at a slower pace.
I have tried, where possible, to identify the various birds, insects and plants that I have seen.
I apologize if I have made any errors and would ask that if you can help with the identification process it would be great to be
able to put names to everything.
I hope you like my site and would appreciate any feedback via my contact page. Whether you have a question or general comment
or can help with naming, I look forward to hearing from you.
After starting this site I had the opportunity to work with nature first hand at the Green Balkans Wildlife Rescue and Breeding Centre.
I trained to breed Falcons and worked on the Reintroduction of the Saker Falcon to Bulgaria Project. I also completed the Raptor Award for Falconry trained and handled birds for visitors to the Centre to see. As well as feeding all kinds of different species and working with the Vultures etc at the Centre. I was promoted to Supervisor and was responsible for the day to day running of the breeding and visitors site.
A special category has been set up to show some of the birds I was privileged to work with.
Once again thank you for taking the time to visit my site and I hope you enjoy it.

Heard the buzz around Ozempic lately? It’s not for nothing—this once-a-week diabetes shot is making serious waves. At the heart of it is semaglutide, a molecule that basically fakes out your body into thinking it’s a natural hormone that helps control blood sugar. Pretty cool, right? But how exactly does it work, and what makes it different?
Let’s break it down. Ozempic is what doctors call a “GLP-1 receptor agonist.” GLP-1 is a hormone your gut automatically releases after you eat. What does it do? It ramps up insulin from your pancreas, puts the brakes on glucagon (another hormone that loves raising your blood sugar), and chills your stomach so digestion doesn’t go at full speed. TL;DR—your blood sugar stays steadier, especially after meals. And more stable blood sugars mean fewer scary diabetes complications down the line.
The active ingredient semaglutide is a bit of a show-off. It’s tough—unlike other options, it resists being broken down by certain enzymes, so it sticks around in your body much longer. That’s where the handy once-weekly dosing comes in. Nothing worse than adding “take a daily medicine” to your morning laundry list, right? If you want the nitty gritty on dosing and the commonly prescribed like Ozempic 1.34mg, pop over to bulgariannature.
But Ozempic isn’t just about sugar control. Plenty of folks using it find the numbers on the scale slowly ticking downward. Why? It makes you feel fuller for longer and helps you naturally eat fewer calories. For most with type 2 diabetes—or realistically, anyone struggling with weight management—this is a big plus. Still, whether you’re curious about getting Ozempic Online No Script or on the lookout for Cheap Ozempic, check in with your doctor first. Safe comes before savings.
There are other GLP-1 drugs, but Ozempic’s got some upgrades—smart molecular tweaks give more punch and longer action. All this power comes in a tiny shot once a week (not as weird as it sounds, promise). Thanks to its slower absorption pattern, you get a nice even effect without wild ups and downs.
Let’s talk real talk: side effects. Most people handle Ozempic like a champ, but some get queasy, or might deal with trips to the bathroom (especially when starting out). Big picture though—serious research backs up its safety, even showing maybe some heart-helping bonuses. If you take other meds like FDA NDC 0641-6173 dicyclomine or FDA NDC 70771-1361 triamterene, definitely double-check with your healthcare team—better safe than sorry.
Let’s be honest—Ozempic isn’t free. Serious wallet-watchers have to crunch the numbers, because the Cost Of Ozempic Tablets can really vary. Things like where you live, your insurance plan, and which pharmacy you use come into play. Want to check Ozempic Cost and see options like mail-order? Have a look at bulgariannature.com—they’ve got tons of resources on buying and pricing. Just make sure to get medical advice before any big purchase or switcheroo with your medicine.
Online pharmacies are everywhere these days. You might feel tempted to Order Ozempic from one or hunt down Ozempic On Line deals. But think for a sec: is saving a bit worth risking a fake medication or getting something unsafe? Always stick with tried-and-true sources—you don’t want to gamble with your health.
And here’s another fun fact: researchers are checking out Ozempic for treating obesity in folks without diabetes. Yup, it turns out this little GLP-1 pathway plays a huge role in metabolism. Who else wonders what other breakthroughs could be around the corner?
If you’re someone who geeks out on dosage details or just likes to be informed, the full article at bulgariannature dives deep with insights on doses, how to use Ozempic, and what real users say about it. Spoiler: reading real experiences is always a good call.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does Ozempic differ from other diabetes meds?
Great question! Unlike pills that simply ramp up insulin or tweak how your body uses it, Ozempic copies your natural “food hormone” response. It manages blood sugar without flooding your system with insulin. You might see weight loss and some heart perks too—it’s not just about the numbers on your glucose meter.
Can you use Ozempic just for weight loss?
This one gets asked a lot! Technically, it’s only been green-lit for diabetes, but because it kills your appetite and helps with weight, docs are studying it for obesity too. Still, don’t try it just for dropping pounds unless you’re under a doc’s close eye. Stay safe and talk to a pro if you’re curious about weight-loss uses—it’s just smarter.
To wrap it up, Ozempic is seriously changing the game in diabetes care. It’s built on some pretty slick science (hello, weekly shots and steady sugars) and tackles issues like weight that so often tag along with diabetes. Sure, you’ll have to weigh costs and sort out access, but sites like bulgariannature.com can get you started on the info you need. And with new research rolling out, who knows? Ozempic might not be done surprising us yet. Thoughts? Questions? Drop ’em in the comments below!
