Bulgarian Nature showing you the beauty and diversity of Bulgaria.
Thank you for visiting my site.
After 11 years living in Bulgaria and developing a love of all the amazing nature in this incredible Country I have returned to the UK. The site will remain active for now and will hopefully continue to showcase Bulgaria and all it has to offer.
This site was set up to give me the opportunity to share with you some of the stunning scenery and amazing nature
that surrounded me every day.
Many people have asked me what Bulgaria is like and hopefully, the images you see here will give you an insight to this amazing
country.
I am not a professional photographer and only developed an interest whilst living in Bulgaria.
There is so much here to see and the country is incredibly diverse, from the highest mountains where you can see for miles, to golden beaches.
It is possible to walk for hours and not see another soul and your view will be unspoiled by buildings.
As for the nature, Bulgaria has over 425 species of bird either resident or visitor, like the Storks, Bee eaters, Golden Orioles,
Vultures and many different species of Eagles, including Golden and Imperial, just to name a few. Bulgaria is a perfect holiday destination for keen bird watchers.
It would also be of great interest to anyone with an interest in flora and fauna with its stunning array of wild flowers and insects.
And of course if you are a photographer, whether professional or for hobby, the opportunities are endless, as you will see here.
The majority of photos have been taken within the area around Yambol Town, southern Bulgaria. With other shots, like the Vultures, taken just a 2 hour drive away.
Village life itself was very different to anything I had experienced before. Many older Brits have said that it reminds them of the
UK 60 years ago. Most homes have chickens and goats etc and life is lived at a slower pace.
I have tried, where possible, to identify the various birds, insects and plants that I have seen.
I apologize if I have made any errors and would ask that if you can help with the identification process it would be great to be
able to put names to everything.
I hope you like my site and would appreciate any feedback via my contact page. Whether you have a question or general comment
or can help with naming, I look forward to hearing from you.
After starting this site I had the opportunity to work with nature first hand at the Green Balkans Wildlife Rescue and Breeding Centre.
I trained to breed Falcons and worked on the Reintroduction of the Saker Falcon to Bulgaria Project. I also completed the Raptor Award for Falconry trained and handled birds for visitors to the Centre to see. As well as feeding all kinds of different species and working with the Vultures etc at the Centre. I was promoted to Supervisor and was responsible for the day to day running of the breeding and visitors site.
A special category has been set up to show some of the birds I was privileged to work with.
Once again thank you for taking the time to visit my site and I hope you enjoy it.

Heard the buzz about "Ozempic" lately? It's been stealing the spotlight in diabetes care circles. People are calling it a miracle for weight loss and blood sugar control. Sounds cool, right? But hold up—there’s a whole bunch of myths floating around too. Let's cut through the noise and get real about what Ozempic can and can’t do.
First off, Ozempic is seriously effective for managing type 2 diabetes. Clinical trials back this up. But have you caught those wild stories claiming you can drop tons of weight without changing a thing? That’s where it gets sketchy. Sure, some folks lose weight using Ozempic, but it works best as part of a bigger game plan—think balanced diets and regular workouts. Curious about how it works? You might want to learn more about Ozempic and check out the different doses like Ozempic 1.34mg or Ozempic 0.5mg. Trust me, knowing your options helps.
Here’s a biggie: Ozempic is not a magic “take-anyone-for-weight-loss” pill. Nope, it’s meant for folks with type 2 diabetes, prescribed and guided by a doctor. Does it make sense to wing it and pop it without medical advice? Not at all. Doctors swear by this—get their guidance! Shortcuts in health? Rarely a good idea.
Money talks, right? The cost of Ozempic can catch you off guard. Ever searched for “Lowest Price Ozempic” or “Discount Ozempic”? You're not alone. Some people even check out "Walmart Ozempic Price" or sources like Canadian Pharmacy Ozempic. Just a word to the wise—always pick trusted sellers to make sure you're getting legit meds and not risking your health.
Thinking long-term? How safe and strong is Ozempic over time? It's smart to dive into real studies. There’s interesting research like the Effect of Neural Constraints on Movement in Stroke which, while not about Ozempic directly, shows how medical research broadens our understanding of treatments. So, digging deeper can only help you get the full picture.
Here’s a real caution flag: buying Ozempic online without a prescription—sounds risky, right? Yep, because skipping doctor supervision? That can be downright dangerous. Please don’t trust random sites. Always check prescriptions and stay on the safe path.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Ozempic used for besides diabetes management?
Its main job is treating type 2 diabetes. Some folks use it “off-label” for weight loss, but that should always be under a doctor’s watchful eye. Remember, the focus is really on controlling blood sugar.
Is there a safe way to lower the cost of Ozempic?
Definitely! Look into insurance, patient support programs, or verified discounts if they’re available. Just make sure you combine those savings with medical advice—that’s key to staying safe.
Are there risks in misusing Ozempic without a prescription?
Absolutely. Taking Ozempic on your own can cause serious issues. Always loop in your healthcare team for guidance—trust me, it’s worth it.
So, what's the takeaway? While Ozempic shines as a diabetes treatment, it’s surrounded by myths we need to unmask. Getting the facts straight helps you make smart choices for your health. Make sure you’re checking reliable sources like the DailyMed SPL aspirin info and chatting openly with your healthcare provider. Facts trump myths every time. And that’s a win for your diabetes journey—and your overall well-being.
