Bulgarian Nature showing you the beauty and diversity of Bulgaria.
Thank you for visiting my site.
After 11 years living in Bulgaria and developing a love of all the amazing nature in this incredible Country I have returned to the UK. The site will remain active for now and will hopefully continue to showcase Bulgaria and all it has to offer.
This site was set up to give me the opportunity to share with you some of the stunning scenery and amazing nature
that surrounded me every day.
Many people have asked me what Bulgaria is like and hopefully, the images you see here will give you an insight to this amazing
country.
I am not a professional photographer and only developed an interest whilst living in Bulgaria.
There is so much here to see and the country is incredibly diverse, from the highest mountains where you can see for miles, to golden beaches.
It is possible to walk for hours and not see another soul and your view will be unspoiled by buildings.
As for the nature, Bulgaria has over 425 species of bird either resident or visitor, like the Storks, Bee eaters, Golden Orioles,
Vultures and many different species of Eagles, including Golden and Imperial, just to name a few. Bulgaria is a perfect holiday destination for keen bird watchers.
It would also be of great interest to anyone with an interest in flora and fauna with its stunning array of wild flowers and insects.
And of course if you are a photographer, whether professional or for hobby, the opportunities are endless, as you will see here.
The majority of photos have been taken within the area around Yambol Town, southern Bulgaria. With other shots, like the Vultures, taken just a 2 hour drive away.
Village life itself was very different to anything I had experienced before. Many older Brits have said that it reminds them of the
UK 60 years ago. Most homes have chickens and goats etc and life is lived at a slower pace.
I have tried, where possible, to identify the various birds, insects and plants that I have seen.
I apologize if I have made any errors and would ask that if you can help with the identification process it would be great to be
able to put names to everything.
I hope you like my site and would appreciate any feedback via my contact page. Whether you have a question or general comment
or can help with naming, I look forward to hearing from you.
After starting this site I had the opportunity to work with nature first hand at the Green Balkans Wildlife Rescue and Breeding Centre.
I trained to breed Falcons and worked on the Reintroduction of the Saker Falcon to Bulgaria Project. I also completed the Raptor Award for Falconry trained and handled birds for visitors to the Centre to see. As well as feeding all kinds of different species and working with the Vultures etc at the Centre. I was promoted to Supervisor and was responsible for the day to day running of the breeding and visitors site.
A special category has been set up to show some of the birds I was privileged to work with.
Once again thank you for taking the time to visit my site and I hope you enjoy it.

Ozempic shows promise in type 2 diabetes management. It offers new strategies for controlling blood sugar and aids in weight management. Its evolving role highlights its significance in endocrine care.
Ozempic, or semaglutide, is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. It boosts insulin secretion, curbs glucagon release, and slows down gastric emptying. Given as a weekly injection, it meets the need for easy diabetes management.
Clinicians often start with a low dose of Ozempic to limit gastrointestinal side effects. Doses typically begin with Ozempic 0.25mg, increasing to therapeutic levels. Most patients use pens instead of vials. Misunderstandings about products like Ozempic 1ml or tablets, which do not exist, should be clarified.
Ozempic mainly targets improved glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes. It complements lifestyle changes and other diabetes medications. Studies show semaglutide lowers hemoglobin A1c and aids weight loss, vital for patients with type 2 diabetes and obesity. Detailed documentation from the FDA application docs ANDA207891 provides regulatory information.
Research explores benefits like cardiovascular and renal protection. Other GLP-1 analogues offer insights, and ongoing semaglutide studies expand its potential. In Canada, patients can explore these growing findings.
Gastrointestinal issues such as nausea and diarrhea are common with ozempic, usually diminishing over time. Serious, rare effects like pancreatitis require careful monitoring. It is contraindicated in those with medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 history.
Patient selection and monitoring are essential. Discussions around Generic Ozempic From Canada arise due to demand and supply issues. Obtaining Ozempic Without Dr Prescription is risky without a health professional’s involvement.
Ozempic is a weekly subcutaneous injection, initiated by healthcare providers. Starting at Ozempic 0.25mg for four weeks is common, adjusting doses later based on glycemic needs. Confusion about Ozempic 1ml should be cleared by professionals.
Sourcing is key. Reliable platforms provide procurement guidance. There's no current Ozempic tablet; ongoing studies are distinct formulations. For alternatives, check Ozempic.
Studies compare GLP-1 receptor agonists, endorsing ozempic's efficacy for various groups. Recent reviews in PubMed pletal 42128899 affirm its global diabetes management role. Recommendations adapt continually as data emerges.
The FDA and global health bodies enforce post-marketing reviews. While some promote Generic Ozempic From Canada, regulatory approval and safety are paramount.
Ozempic is key in diabetes care, providing effective blood sugar control and weight reduction. Its expanded role awaits ongoing research outcomes. Caution is necessary for sourcing, dosing, and handling side effects to maintain treatment efficacy and safety.
