Bulgarian Nature showing you the beauty and diversity of Bulgaria.
Thank you for visiting my site.
After 11 years living in Bulgaria and developing a love of all the amazing nature in this incredible Country I have returned to the UK. The site will remain active for now and will hopefully continue to showcase Bulgaria and all it has to offer.
This site was set up to give me the opportunity to share with you some of the stunning scenery and amazing nature
that surrounded me every day.
Many people have asked me what Bulgaria is like and hopefully, the images you see here will give you an insight to this amazing
country.
I am not a professional photographer and only developed an interest whilst living in Bulgaria.
There is so much here to see and the country is incredibly diverse, from the highest mountains where you can see for miles, to golden beaches.
It is possible to walk for hours and not see another soul and your view will be unspoiled by buildings.
As for the nature, Bulgaria has over 425 species of bird either resident or visitor, like the Storks, Bee eaters, Golden Orioles,
Vultures and many different species of Eagles, including Golden and Imperial, just to name a few. Bulgaria is a perfect holiday destination for keen bird watchers.
It would also be of great interest to anyone with an interest in flora and fauna with its stunning array of wild flowers and insects.
And of course if you are a photographer, whether professional or for hobby, the opportunities are endless, as you will see here.
The majority of photos have been taken within the area around Yambol Town, southern Bulgaria. With other shots, like the Vultures, taken just a 2 hour drive away.
Village life itself was very different to anything I had experienced before. Many older Brits have said that it reminds them of the
UK 60 years ago. Most homes have chickens and goats etc and life is lived at a slower pace.
I have tried, where possible, to identify the various birds, insects and plants that I have seen.
I apologize if I have made any errors and would ask that if you can help with the identification process it would be great to be
able to put names to everything.
I hope you like my site and would appreciate any feedback via my contact page. Whether you have a question or general comment
or can help with naming, I look forward to hearing from you.
After starting this site I had the opportunity to work with nature first hand at the Green Balkans Wildlife Rescue and Breeding Centre.
I trained to breed Falcons and worked on the Reintroduction of the Saker Falcon to Bulgaria Project. I also completed the Raptor Award for Falconry trained and handled birds for visitors to the Centre to see. As well as feeding all kinds of different species and working with the Vultures etc at the Centre. I was promoted to Supervisor and was responsible for the day to day running of the breeding and visitors site.
A special category has been set up to show some of the birds I was privileged to work with.
Once again thank you for taking the time to visit my site and I hope you enjoy it.

Ozempic: A Revolutionary Approach to Managing Type 2 Diabetes
Look, Ozempic has really made some noise lately. It's a pretty powerful tool if you’re trying to get better control over type 2 diabetes. But here’s the thing: Ozempic does more than just lower your blood sugar. There are some extra perks—plus a few risks—and a handful of options if you want to shop around. Basically, if you've been Googling Ozempic or asking about Canadian Ozempic, here’s what you should know.
What Is Ozempic and How Does It Work?
So, Ozempic is actually the brand name for semaglutide. That’s a mouthful, but stick with me. It works as a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Translation? It acts a lot like a hormone your body already makes, telling your pancreas “hey, kick out that insulin” but only when your blood sugar is high. That keeps blood glucose in check and, bonus, it slows down your stomach emptying a bit so you feel less hungry.
You’ll usually use Ozempic once a week—injection style. For a lot of people, Ozempic 1.34mg is the sweet spot cold-medicine-dosage-wise. The idea is effective sugar control, minimal side effects. Curious about different doses or how to actually use it? You can read more about Ozempic and how that all works.
Why Consider Ozempic? Benefits Beyond Blood Sugar Control
Listen, one of the biggest wins with Ozempic is that it tackles two issues at once. Here’s the thing—it helps a lot with blood sugar but also supports weight loss. That’s huge, especially since most people with type 2 diabetes deal with being overweight. Lose some pounds, manage your diabetes better. Win-win.
There’s more. Ozempic has actually shown it can help protect your heart—that means less risk of heart attacks or strokes, especially if you already have heart disease with your diabetes. So if heart health is a worry (and let’s be real, whose isn’t?), Ozempic could be worth considering.
Now, if you’re asking where can u buy Ozempic, a lot of people go with Canadian Ozempic online pharmacies because the price is better, and the shipping is usually pretty reliable. But look, don’t just buy from anyone. Always check the source, because there are shady knockoffs out there.
What Are the Risks and Side Effects Associated with Ozempic?
Basically, every drug has side effects and risks—Ozempic’s no different. Common ones are nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Sometimes you’ll get a little irritation where you inject. It sounds unpleasant, but honestly, these go away for most people after a while.
But you should also know, there’s a rare chance of really serious stuff. We’re talking pancreatitis or thyroid cancer. If you’ve got a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or certain rare genetic conditions (that multiple endocrine stuff), skip Ozempic. Make sure you and your doc talk through your record before starting anything new.
And here’s something a lot of people miss: If you take meds like SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIMETHOPRIM TABLET [A-S MEDICATION SOLUTIONS] or Drugs@FDA ANDA208480 atorvastatin, these can possibly interact. Seriously—tell your doctor about every pill, supplement, or herb you’re taking.
Are There Safer Alternatives to Ozempic?
So, Ozempic isn’t a fit for everyone. Luckily, other meds—not just Ozempic—can help. You’ve got liraglutide, dulaglutide, plus classic stuff like metformin or the newer SGLT2 inhibitors. Just depends on your body and how you respond.
Some folks like hunting down generic options or are on the lookout for a generic Ozempic line. In some countries you might find this cheaper. Canadian Ozempic is a popular search for bargain hunters, but, basically, do not get tempted by sketchy sites offering to purchase Ozempic without a prescription. That route is full of risks—not just legal, but also health-related.
Lifestyle and Non-Pharmacological Alternatives
Here’s the thing: medicine alone isn’t all you need. If you really want to tackle type 2 diabetes, lifestyle matters. Get your diet in check, move your body often (a walk works!), and do what you can for weight management. All of this helps medicine work better or means you might need less of it.
If you’re feeling lost, talk to a dietitian or diabetes educator. They’ll help you find a plan that isn’t just doable for a month but actually makes sense for your life—in other words, stick-with-it advice.
How to Store and Purchase Ozempic Safely
Look, how you store Ozempic is crucial. Keep it refrigerated—specifically between 2°C to 8°C (that’s about 36°F to 46°F)—before you use that first dose. Once opened, it’s okay at room temperature up to 56 days. Skipping proper storing Ozempic steps? That could mean the med won’t work like it should.
About buying Ozempic? It’s so easy to get pulled in by words like "Cheapest Ozempic" or "Ozempic Online Pharmacy." Here’s the thing—cheap matters, but your health matters more. Stick with reputable pharmacies. If someone’s offering unreal prices, super fast generic Ozempic with free shipping, be skeptical! Counterfeits and old products are a real danger. Ineffective meds won’t help you at all—or could make things worse.
If you’re traveling or live outside your home country, things like Ozempic Florida, Canada, Switzerland, or Brazil all pop up in price or in-store. Maybe you’re looking up "Cheap Ozempic Ireland" or the "Ozempic In Brazil" approach. Middle of it all: Are they a real source? Not sure? You can read more about Ozempic to get valid buying and storing tips.
Conclusion
Ozempic is honestly a big step forward for type 2 diabetes care. You get blood sugar control, lose some weight, maybe help your heart out, too. Basically, a lot of advantages in one little shot. But the risks are real and should be discussed with your healthcare provider.
If Ozempic isn’t your jam, or if you’re worried about cost and long-term stuff, don’t stress; you do have other medication options and lifestyle tweaks to consider. Just don’t mess around with sketchy sources. Make safety a priority and protect your health above all else.
